Frequently asked questions

Yes. Both recreational and professional runners can strongly benefit from this course.

No – we have enrollments in January, May and September every year.

3 hours of video material divided into 3 modules (everyday nutrition, training, race), 12 weeks of gut training, e-book for meal prep, over 20 pdfs, pand ractical plans to implement the learnt fueling strategies.

In the form of three zoom group calls, each group goes through all the modules in detail, challenges are formed as well as detailed strategies for everything that awaits the runners.

es, all the enrolled runners get access to the Run Easy community where they can share their experiences, challenges, and successes.

The goal of the course is to create healthy and quality eating habits. The focus of the course is not on reducing body mass, and putting pressure on runners to eat less. Rather, they should learn to eat enough to satisfy all energy and nutritional needs.

Of course. In the video materials of the Run course, all webinars and all lectures related to running and new knowledge, or topics that the basic modules of the course did not cover, are easily added.

Lectures are designed to last no longer than 45 minutes. So that every runner who has all the responsibilities around family and work would be able to listen to all the lectures without any problems. Lectures can also be listened to as audio material – ideal for running and listening.

What clients say about this course

“The course helped me to more clearly prepare nutrition tactics/supplementation around the race and during the race. As well as before some regular training sessions.

My favorite part would be specific to the suggestions for the application of various food/supplement combinations during the race itself, as well as everything from the first to the last lecture, because everything is very reminiscent of what we do every day related to running and nutrition.”

“I learned to eat too little; I learned that the intake of a sufficient amount can and must be trained; I learned how important food is for recovery; Until now, I didn’t pay so much attention to the intake during the race, I’m one of those who said “Well, I’m a recreational athlete, I don’t go for the result, I don’t have to plan what I’m going to eat”.

The most interesting part for me was the part about adjusting meals for different types of training. And one of the tips for improving nutrition that I remember the most is “Get better!”

“I just want to tell you that thanks to your advice and the knowledge you pass on to us (and in the form of the run easy course) today I ran 17 km so EASILY, without stomach problems, without nausea. That was unimaginable to me two years ago. Thank you for everything.”
