3-MONTH program

Who is it for?

This program is for people who want to start their journey of changing their eating habits. For runners and competitors who have short-term goals. For all people who want to get to know my way of working and then extend the cooperation. 

What do you get?

In the three-month program, after the initial examination, each client receives a nutrition plan that follows their one goal that we set together. In addition, two control measurements and my support on a fortnightly basis.

6-month program

Who is it for?

This program is for athletes, runners and competitors who want nutrition to follow training cycles, travel, preparations, training, races and competitions during a half-season. It is also for all those who want to invest half a year in changing habits that will last a lifetime.

What do you get?

In addition to the initial examination, up to 5 control measurements – clients who opt for this program receive nutrition plans for all phases of the training cycle, supplementation plan, nutritional support for competitions and injuries, selection of the best nutritional strategies for competitions and preparations. As well as my support on a weekly basis.

12-month program

Who is it for?

For all athletes and runners who want a sports nutritionist on their team throughout the season. 

What do you get?

The one-year program is the most complex and complete because it follows the athlete/runner for the entire season. This program supports the athlete through the development of nutrition and supplementation plans in accordance with the part of the season, goals of the athlete and coach, preparations and target competitions. Nutritional strategies are adjusted in communication with the trainer. In addition, we are working on the education of athletes. Also, my support and communication with the athlete is on a daily basis.
